空气等离子法处理超高分子量聚乙烯纤维
Air Plasma Treatment of UHMWPE Fibers
【摘要】 用空气等离子法对超高分子量聚乙烯纤维进行了表面处理 ,利用 1,1-二苯基 ,二 -苦基肼检测纤维表面自由基的产生、变化 ,并用亚甲基蓝、XPS表面元素分析、SEM等方法探讨了纤维表面性能处理前后的变化。实验发现通过等离子处理后 ,纤维复合材料的剪切强度从未处理的 5 .98MPa提高到了 18.1MPa
【Abstract】 In this paper, factors in the process of plasma treatment to UHMWPE fibers woven were discussed. The inter-laminainar shear strength (ILSS) of composites was enhanced from 5.98 MPa to 18.1 MPa by plasma treatment. The radicals produced were generated about 14.4×10 -7 mol/g on the surface, which were measured by DPPH method. The surface properties and the morphologies of UHMWPE fibers before and after treatment were studied by XPS and SEM .
