β-环糊精/环氧氯丙烷水凝胶中水的存在状态及其溶胀特性

【摘要】 研究了 β -环糊精 /环氧氯丙烷水凝胶的合成工艺条件 ,发现该水凝胶透明性好 ,其干胶具有溶胀速度快的特点 ,且在 - 40~ 2 0 0℃范围内不存在玻璃化转变。用DSC对 β -环糊精 /环氧氯丙烷水凝胶的溶胀过程及水在聚合物网络中的存在状态进行了研究。结果表明 ,该聚合物在溶胀过程中水首先分布于 β -环糊精的外围亲水空间依次形成非冻结结合水、可冻结结合水及游离水 ,其后水分布于 β -环糊精内腔空间 ,当达到溶胀平衡后 ,β-环糊精的内外空间都分布有水

【Abstract】 Synthetic techniques of β cycliodextrin/epichlorohydrin (β CD/EPI ) hydrogels were reported. The hydrogel synthesized has good transparency, and shows fast swelling behavior in water. No glass transition for the polymer was observed in 40-200 ℃ range. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was employed to probe the water swelling process of the polymer and the state of water in the hydrogel. The results indicate that water is first accommodated in the hydrophilic network of the outside of β CD in the order of nonfreezing bound, freezable bound and freezing free water, and then in the hydrophobic cavity of β CD. When the swelling equilibrium is reached, water distributs both in the outside and inside of the cone shaped structure of β CD.
