芳基乙炔预聚物流变性能研究

【摘要】 用L -90流变仪研究了芳基乙炔预聚物的流变性能。结果表明 :在所研究的温度范围内 ,芳基乙炔预聚物流体为牛顿流体 ,其粘度随温度增加而降低 ,粘流活化能随预聚物分子量的增加而增加。预聚物在室温储存过程中粘度逐渐增加 ;在 60~ 80℃恒温 90min其粘度变化不大

【Abstract】 The effect of temperature on the rheological behavior of polyarylacetylene (PAA) prepolymer was studied with L-90 model rheometer in the temperature range of 30 ℃-55 ℃. It was found that the PAA prepolymers showed Newtonian behavior and their viscosities decreased with increasing temperature. The effect of temperature on the viscosity of PAA prepolymer followed Arrhenius’ law. The activation energy of flow increased with increasing the viscosity of PAA prepolymer. The viscosity of PAA prepolymer increased with time at ambient temperature.
