球磨条件对Fe-Ni纳米晶结构和磁性的影响

【摘要】 用机械合金化方法制备两组Fe10 0 -xNix 系纳米晶合金。采用不同的球磨条件 :A组样品的球粉质量比为 2 0∶1,球磨机的转速为 2 0 0r/min ,对应着较高的球磨能量。B组样品的球粉质量比为 14∶1,球磨机的转速为 16 0r/min。对应着较低的球磨能量。在相同的球磨时间 ( 6 0h) ,不同的球磨能量下得到Fe Ni系纳米晶合金的不同结构与磁性。前者基本上为单相Ni(FCC)的无序Fe Ni固溶体而后者为α Fe(BCC)与γ Ni(FCC)混相合金。前者基本呈现超顺磁性的磁滞回线而后者却出现了Perminvar效应 ,呈蜂腰形磁滞回线。本文对这些结果进行了讨论

【Abstract】 Two groups A and B of Fe 100- x Ni x hyperfine alloyed particles ( x =75,45,32.5,30) were prepared by mechanical alloying process (i.e. higher energy of ball milling). The conditions of ball-milling were as follows: for group A, the weight ratio of ball to powder was 20∶1,the revolving velocity was 200r/min, it shows higher milling energy; for group B, the weight ratio of ball to powder was 14∶1,the revolving velocity was 160r/min, it shows lower milling energy. The two groups A and B of the samples were prepared by ball milling with the same time and different ball milling energies . The crystal structures and the magnetic properties of group A were compared with those of group B. The former was single phase Ni (FCC) and random solid solution. It shows the superparamagnetic hysteresis loop but the later was the mixture alloy of α Fe (BCC) and γ Ni (FCC). It shows the effect of Perminvar. Meanwhile, the above mentioned result has been discussed.
