多孔La1-xSrxMnO3的制备及表征

【摘要】 用固相烧结法研制固体氧化物燃料电池的多孔阴极支撑体La0.8Sr0.2MnO3(LSM)。实验研究了LSM径向收缩率、孔隙率、孔径大小等多孔陶瓷的特征量与烧结温度、有机添加剂量等制备条件的关系。用扫描电子显微镜分析了LSM的烧结性能,同时用四端子法研究了多孔LSM的电导率、电导活化能等与 LSM 孔隙率的关系。

【Abstract】 Porous La1-xSrx MnO3 (LSM) which could be used as cathode in solid state oxide fuel cells was prepared by solid state reaction of La2O3 ,SrCO3 and MnCO3. Shrinkage, porosity and pore size of the porous LSM were investigate as a function of sintering temperature and amount of organic additives. It was found that pore size as well as porosity was dependent on sintering temperature and amount of organic additives. However, shrinkage was affected only by sintering temperature. Electronic conductivity of the porous LSM was studied by four-probe method. Results showed that activation energy for electronic conduction decreased with porosity. By fitting conductivity data with σ=σ0 (1- P)x , σ0 and x were 161S/cm and 1. 5, respectively at 850℃
