贮氢合金电极的表面分析

【摘要】 通过XRD、SEM、EPMA、XPS等方法对AB5型贮氢合金电极表面进行分析。结果表明,N过0.4C充放电循环280次后,合金仍为 CaCu5结构,但单胞体积和轴比c/a增大。在合企电极表面,Al的含量最高,且随层深增加而增大,最高处达89.3%(原子分数),并以Al2O3的形式存在; La、 Ni、Co均向表面富集,随层深增加含量迅速下降。La的含量最低,最大含量只有3.3%(原子分数),以 La(OH)3、La2O3的形式存在. Co只在电极表面30.0nm存在。同时在合金表面发现有呈菊花状晶体的物质生成。

【Abstract】 Surface analysis of AB6-type hydrogen storage alloy electrode is carried out by XRD, SEM, EPMA, XPS methods. The results of XRD analysis show that, after 280 charge-discharge cycles, the alloys still keep the CaCu5-type crystal structure, but the cell volume and the ratio c/a increase. The results of XPS analysis show that Al has highest concentration in the surface layer of alloy electrode, it is up to 89. 3% at depth 200nm. Al exists in the state of Al2O3. La, Ni and Co enrich to surface. La has the lowest concentration and exist mainly in the states of La(OH)3,La2O3. Ni and Co exist in oxidized state too, Co concentration at depth 300nm has decreased to zero. On the surface of electrode, there are some chrysanthemum-like crystals which are considered to be Co (OH)2 or CoO.
