【Abstract】 The effect of electroplating process on the microstructure of Ag-diamond composite coating has been studied in this paper. Two important conclusions can be achieved by the experimental results. First, smaller powder dimension and higher powder content are useful to produce high quality Ag-diamond composite coating;Second, the optimum process has been obtained in this paper, which is similar to the usually Ag-electroplating process.更多还原
