大型厚板半球形工件热拉深模的设计
Design of Large Scale Thick-plate Semi-spherical Workpiece Hot-pulling Die
【摘要】 通过分析比较以往封头压模的设计参数与现有封头模具的差异 ,提出新的冲压件的压制工艺和模具设计方案。经过生产验证 ,使用效果很好 ,可作为球形封头热拉模的设计依据
【Abstract】 The new punching technology and die design method is put forward by analyzing the deference of the former punching die design parameter and existing die. The technology has been proved effictive in practice.
