【摘要】 目的：探讨性激素与阿尔茨海默病（Ａｌｚｈｅｉｍｅ Ｄｉｓｅａｓｅ， ＡＤ）的关系。方法：采用放射免疫学的方法，测定了５８例ＡＤ患者血清性激素：催乳素、雌二醇、孕酮、睾酮、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素的水平，并与６０例年龄、性别、受教育程度与ＡＤ患者相匹配的健康老年人进行比较。结果：女性ＡＤ患者血清中雌二醇含量（１７．１３±３．４６ｎｇ·Ｌ－１）明显低于对照组（１９．２１±３．２５ｎｇ·Ｌ－１，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：ＡＤ患者存在性激素失衡，尤其是女性ＡＤ患者雌激素水平降低明显，揭示了ＡＤ的发病与雌激素水平的降低可能有关。表明适当调节性激素水平可能有助于ＡＤ的防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: Exploring the relation between sex hormone and Alzheimer’s Disease(AD). METHODS: Applying radioimmunoassay to measure the serum sex hormone level such a estradiol, progestin, progesterone, testosterone, follicle stimualting hormonl, luteinizing hormone in the patients with AD, and comparing them with the control group who has the same age, sex, education degree. RESULT: The serum estradiol level in female patients with AD(17. 13±3.46ng.L-1) is lower than that in the control group(19.21±3.25ng.L-1)(P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The serum estradiol level in female patients with AD decreases in evidence, It indicates that the serum estradiol level plays an important role in AD. Regulating the serum sex hormone level may help the prevention and cure of AD.更多还原
