【摘要】 目前人的素质理论研究缺乏独立的学科地位 ,而是分散于其他学科之中。正因为人的素质理论研究的这种分散性 ,致使人的素质理论研究缺乏规范性和体系性。为此 ,在我国现有的学科体系中应尽快创建一门新兴的综合性的独立学科即人的素质学。本文对人的素质、人的素质学及其方法论原则、研究内容、理论框架等问题进行了初步探讨。更多还原
