【摘要】 详细研究了抗癌药物紫杉醇产生菌树状多节孢原生质体形成和释放的规律 .从酶系组成、酶解时间、酶解温度、渗透压稳定剂、pH值、培养基成分、培养方式、预处理等因素对树状多节孢原生质体形成和释放的影响进行了研究 ,得出了该菌的最佳原生质体制备条件及其规律 ,为以后通过原生质体技术构建紫杉醇产生菌的工程菌株奠定了基础 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Studies the formation and release of protoplasts from producing strain Nodulisporium sylviforme of anticancer drug taxol,and discusses the effects of some factors on that in detail,such as enzyme systems,digesting time and temperature,osmotic pressure stabilizer,pH value,culture medium,culture method .The conclusions are drawn that the best formation conditions and release laws of the strain protoplast,which laid the foundation to construct the engineering strain producing taxol by protoplast technique.更多还原
