混合束胶增溶分光光度法测微量铬(Ⅲ)
Determination of trace Chromiam ? mixed surfactants and spectrophotometry
【摘要】 研究了在TritonX - 1 0 0和CTMAB混合离子表面活性剂存在下 ,铬与苯基荧光酮 (PF)的显色反应 结果表明 ,在碱性条件下 ,Cr3+与PF、CTMAB、TritonX - 1 0 0形成紫红色络合物 ,λmax=575nm ,ε575=1 .0 7× 1 0 5 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,铬在 0~ 6μg/2 5mL范围内服从比耳定律 在拟定条件下 ,以混合试剂掩蔽 ,直接光度法测定江水、湖水及工业废水中的微量铬 ,结果满意
【Abstract】 The color reaction of Chromiam? and phenyl fluorone is studied in the presence of mixed surfactants CTMAB and Triton X-100.The results show that Cr 3+ -PF-CTMAB and Triton X-100 form into the purplish red complex.Under the condition at basicity.Its absorption maximum is at 575?nm .Bee′s low is obeyed for Chromiam? in the range of 0~6?μg/25?mL.The directly spectrophotometric method has been applied to determine trace amount of Chromiam? in the river ,lake and industrial waste water by mixed reagent for masking agent.
