电站锅炉炉管失效机理和提高可靠性的措施
Mechanism for Utility Boiler Tube Failure and Measures to Improve Reliability
【摘要】 影响电站锅炉可靠性的主要因素是炉管失效。主要分析炉管失效的主要机理,提出了从设计、制造、安装、运行和检修等各个环节提高可靠性的措施。
【Abstract】 The major factor affects utility boiler reliability is the boiler tube failure. This paperanalyzes main mechanism for boiler tube failures and proposed measures in the aspects of boilerdesign, manufacturing, installation, operation and maintenance to improve reliability.
