【Abstract】 Detailed procedure analysis is made for manufacturing of spiral coilwaterwall with emphasis on consideration of layout of spiral coil waterwall, panel bending, manufacturing of transitional tube panel and ash hopper, machining of water jacket, welding procedure of alloy steel. This paper also gives out methods to ensure spiral angle, transitional panel width, smooth positioning and assembly of burner and water jacket and to solve problems of welding deformation and cracks.更多还原
