【Abstract】 This paper retrospects the toll road development and the current status of toll collection mode in China.Analysis is made of the present adopted vehicle type based toll collection method in terms of equity;and a toll collection mode based on axle loading is put forward,including the concept,theory,and calculation formula.An axle loading based toll collection system in use for trial for Hebei Xuan-Da Expressway is introduced.更多还原
