深层搅拌法加固桂林某杂填土地基工程实例

【摘要】 介绍了一新近的松散杂填土地基应用水泥深层搅拌法进行处理的工程实例。在应用深层搅拌法处理杂填土地基缺乏经验的情况下 ,其搅拌桩参数设计借鉴了一般软土地基应用深层搅拌进行处理的经验。在未考虑杂填土地基中硬杂质的影响及未添加任何水泥早强剂的情况下 ,3 0d复合地基承载力比处理前提高 3倍多 ,而一般软土地基在同等甚至更高的置换率的条件下 ,复合地基承载力较之天然地基提高一般 1~ 1 5倍。说明由于地基土的物质组成、含水量等的差异 ,其加固效果将存在极大的差异。该实例为其他在杂填土地基应用深层搅拌进行处理的工程有一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Because of the difference of compositions of fill and soft soil,the reaction between cement and fill and the reaction between cement and soft soil are very different.When treatment is made with cement deep mixing method(CDMM)in soft soil and in fill ground,a different result will be gotten . A newly filled fill ground successfully treated with CDMM is intruduced in this paper. Because of the lack of experiences in treating fill foundation with CDMM,when designing is made by using cement deep mixing in this project, the experiences of soft soil foundation treated with CDMM will be consulted ,and the hard materials in fill ground is not considered.During 30 days after the treating with CDMM the strength of the composite foundation increases by more then 4 times even without adding any additives to improve its early strength. However,the strength of soft soil composite foundation will be improved only by 2 to 25 times when treating is made with CDMM by using same parameters or even under the condition of a higher pile replacing ratio.This great difference between soft soil composite foundation and fill ground composite foundation may refer to the difference of soil materials and its moisture content,and the similar engineering project may take use of its experience.
