高负荷好氧生物法处理味精废水试验研究
Study on monosodium glutamate wastewater treated by aerobic process with high load
【摘要】 采用高效集成反应器 (HCR)处理人工味精废水 ,在进水 ρ (CODCr)为 2 0 0 0至超过 1 0 0 0 0mg/L ,CODCr的容积负荷高达 60~ 90kg/(m3·d)的情况下 ,COD的去除率 >80 % ,TOC的去除率 >90 % ;废水中SO2 - 4离子浓度高达 1 4 850mg/L时 ,对HCR的处理效果并没有明显不利影响 ;试验中剩余污泥的净产泥系数为 0 4 379,略低于一般的好氧生物处理工艺。
【Abstract】 The high performance compact reactor has been applied to treat the synthetic monosodium glutamate wastewater in the laboratory. When the ρ(COD Cr ) of inflow is from 2 000 to more than 10 000 mg/L and when its volumetric load of COD Cr is up to 60 kg/(m 3·d), even to 90 kg/m 3·d,the removal rate of COD Cr is still above 80% and more than 90% for TOC.When the concentration of SO 2- 4 ions is up to 14 850 mg/L,the efficiency treating the wastewater is not affected obviously in HCR process. The coefficient of producing surplus sewage sludge is 0 437 9 in this experiment, which is a little lower than that of the other aerobic process.
