【Abstract】 In expert system,rules represent knowledge of experts. But there are redundant rules,rule cycles,inconsistent rules and so on. In this paper,we present an optimization method to reduce the redundant rules,exclude the cycles in order to improve the system performance,and the algorithms of every idea is proposed.
