【摘要】 合成了一种新型的三苯胺类载流子传输材料三苯胺甲苯二苯腙 ,通过一系列手段对该化合物性能进行了表征 ,并以此化合物为载流子空穴传输材料 ,Y 型酞菁氧钛为载流子产生材料制备了光导器件 ,测定了该光电器件的光电性能 ,显示出良好的光电性能 (E1/ 2 =1 .0lx .s) ,可以替代常用的载流子传输材料二乙基苯甲醛二苯腙 .更多还原

【Abstract】 p ?diphenylamino benzaldehyde diphenylhydrazone was synthesized.The compound was characterized by a series of ways.We also prepared the photoconductive device using the compound and TiOPc. As a result,the compound shows good photoconductivity ( E 1/2 =1.0 lx.s).Electric potential of redox suggests that the compound matches TiOPc well. \;更多还原
