【摘要】 目的 探索治疗泪道阻塞的新器具、新药液、新方法。方法 实验组99只眼泪道阻塞(包括泪小管、泪总管、鼻泪管阻塞)病人采用硅胶管逆行置入插管,留管2～3个月,用复方一枝蒿泪道冲洗液定期冲洗。对照组36眼泪道阻塞用庆大霉素和地塞米松冲洗。结果 观察12个月以上,实验组泪道通畅者达84眼(84.8％),对照组25眼(69.4％)。结论 泪道硅胶逆行插管及复方一枝蒿泪道冲洗治疗泪道阻塞,为该病种提供了一种新的治疗途径及方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a new instrument, a new liquid and a new method for lacrimal passage obstruction. Methods A silicon tube was retrogradely plugged in 99 obstructed lacrimal passages for 2 or 3 months and Artemisa mpestris was used as the irrigation fluid. In the 36 controls, gentamycin and dexamethasone was used as the irrigation fluid. Results After a 12-month follow-up, 84 eyes was cured (84.8%) in the Artemisia rupestris-treated group and 25 in the control (64.1%). Conclusion The new treatment is effective and causes no complications. It can be used for other lacrimal passage diseased and the cases failed in surgical treatment.更多还原
