【摘要】 目的 研究老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞的超微结构,探讨老年性白内障与晶状体上皮细胞凋亡关系。方法 用透射电镜对20例老年白内障及10例正常透明晶状体上皮细胞的超微结构进行观察,拍照。结果 老年白内障组晶状体上皮细胞中发现了典型的凋亡小体,正常对照组未见凋亡细胞。结论 老年性白内障的发生与晶体上皮细胞的凋亡有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the infrastructure of lens epithelial cell in senile calraracts, and study the relation between senile cataract and lens epithelial cell apoplosis. Methods Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the ultrastructure of the lens epithelial cells in 20 cases with senile cataract and thai of transparent lens epithelial eells in 10 normal cases; photos were taken and comparisons made. Results Typical apoptotic cells were found in senile cataract, hut in the controls they were not found. Conclusion Lens epithelial cells apoptosis is related to development of senile cataract.更多还原
