【摘要】 目的 对RP患者F-ERG进行检查,以分析病程和作为眼肌深层巩膜移植术术後疗效跟踪的客观对照指标。方法 采用常规无创伤视觉电生理描记术,测定暗视F-ERG。结果 受检的210名RP患者的420只眼中,F-ERG为“熄灭型”的为67.9％,能记录到ERP的占19.8％,a-波为28.3％,c-波仅为4.0％,能记录到b-波与负後电位的分别为10.7％和7.4％。说明RP患者视网膜对闪光刺激反应的机能已经显著受损。结论 RP患者的F-ERG有不同程度的特有改变,在眼肌深层巩膜移植术进行治疗後,再复查F-ERG时,则观察到某些波重现,或原有波的波幅增加和峰潜伏期缩短。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To use F-ERG to diagnoze the course of retinitis pigmentosa (HP) and to follow up the efficacy of the surgical therapy. Methods Conventional technique of visual physiological recording was used. Results Scotopic F-ERG of 210 RP patients (420 eyes) was recorded using the white flash of the Ganzfeld stimulator. Among them the F-ERGs of the overwhelming majority of eyes (67.9 %) were non-detectable. The ERP and the a-wave were recorded in 83 (19.8 %) and 119(28.3 %) out of the 420 eyes, respectively. The b-wave and the negative after-potential were recorded respectively from 45(10.7 %) and 31 (7.4 %) eyes. The c-wave was recorded in Only 17 eyes (4.0%). Conclusion Various F-ERG waves in RP were markedly changed. After the surgical therapy, some F-ERP waves reappeared or the amplitudes were increased and their implicit time shortened.更多还原
