【摘要】 目的 评价Ⅱ型糖尿病患者白内障摘除人工晶体植入术的疗效。方法 对17例21眼糖尿病患者行白内障摘囊外除后房型人工晶体植入术,以122例152眼非糖尿病患者同类手术为对照组,进行术后视力及并发症的比较。结果 糖尿病组术后视力较术前明显提高(P<0.05),与非糖尿病组无显著性差异(P>0.05),术后影响视力的主要原因是糖尿病性视网膜病变,手术前后血糖无显著性差异(P>0.05),未发生严重的眼部并发症。结论 糖尿病患者血糖控制稳定,实行ECCE+IOL治疗白内障可改善视力,无全身及眼部并发症,手术安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical results of extracapasular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation (ECCE+IOL), and to evaluate the therapeutic effects of this operation in type Ⅱ diabetics. Methods 21 eyes of 17 type Ⅱ diabetics were undergone ECCE+IOL, 152 eyes of 122 non-diabetics served as controlled group. Results The post-operative visual acuity of two groups were improved. There was no significant statistical difference between the pre and post-operative blood glucose in diabetics (P>0.05). The main reason of low visual acuity was retinopathy due to diabetics. No severe complications were found in them. Conclusion ECCE+IOL in diabetics can efficiently improve visual acuity without severe complications when the blood glucose is controlled stable.更多还原
