【摘要】 目的 观察非甾体类抗炎药0.1％双氯灭酸钠点眼液在白内障术前作预处理的疗效。方法 通过74只眼白内障手术患者随机分成两组,一组用0.1％双氯灭酸钠作预处理;另一组作对照组,术前任何时候均不使用0.1％双氯灭酸钠点眼液。两组所有患者在术后第1天被检查以后均进入一种规范处置中。观察术中平均瞳孔直径大小,有无结膜充血、角膜后kp、房水闪光等的变化。结果 预处理组与对照组术中各阶段瞳孔平均值在白内障超声乳化后、灌注及抽吸后、术后一天,两组统计学上有显著差异。灌注及抽吸后预处理组7.4mm,对照组6.9mm(t=2.74P<0.01)。在街后1天预处理组抗炎有效率为97.4％,对照组80.0％,两组在统计学上有显著差异(x~2=5.59P<0.05)。在术后1周、1个月时,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of diclofenac sodium eye drops(nonsteroidal drugs) applied before cataract extraction. Methods 74 eyes scheduled for phacoemulsification were randomly divided into experimental group pretreated with 0.1% diclofenac sodium and control group to receive no pretreatment. After surgery eyes in both groups were given one drop of 0. 1% diclofenac sodium, four times per day. Infraoperative change in pupil diameter, conjunctival hyperemia, keratic precipitates and anteor chamber flash value were observed and analyzed.Results On post- phacoemulsification, post - irrigation/aspiration and the first postoperative day, there was significant difference in the mean pupillary diameter between the two groups. The mean post - irrgation/aspiration pupillary diameter was 7. 4mm for pretreatment group and was 6. 9mm for control group( t = 2.74, P<0.01). On the first post - operative day, the effective rate of anti - inflammatory treatment was 97.4% for pretreatment group and 80.0% for control group;(x2 = 5.59P<0.05) .There was no significant difference in the effecfive rate of anti - inflammatory treatment at 1 week and 1 month after operation (P > 0.05) . Conclusion 0.1% diclofenac sodium eye drops administered before cataract extraction is effective for maintaining infraoperative mydriasis and weakening post- operative inflammation.更多还原
