【Abstract】 The new economy with hi－tech as its nucleus is giving an impetus to the change of world trade pattern. As hi－tech has different features compared with general goods trade, the different stages of its life cycle gives different impetus to int’l trade of various countries. Meanwhile capital, technology, technical personnel, and various trade policies have also an impact on trade conditions. Besides analyzing the impact of new economy on trade, this article proposes that China should take some trade measures in the new economy period.更多还原
