从石碌铜阳极泥中氰化提取金银

【摘要】 广东石碌铜阳极泥成份复杂 ,金、银含量低 ,属难处理的物料 ,作者采用预处理 ,再氰化的方法 ,可有效地回收各有价金属 ,特别是金、银的回收率高 ,消除了砷的环境污染。获得的试验指标如下 :氰化的浸出率为Au 97%、Ag 94% ,回收率Au 96 6%、Ag 93 3%。实验结果令人满意 ,该工艺适应性强 ,设备简单 ,生产成本低 ,经济效益高

【Abstract】 The composition of anode copper slime is complex in Guangdong Shilu Mine.There is low grade gold and silver in the material.It is difficult to treat it.This paper gives a method of which the material is to be pretreated and then cyanided.All kind of valued metals can be effectively recovered.Especially,the recovery of gold and silver is high and the pollution of arsenic can be solved.The satisfactory test results are follows:the recovery by cyanide leaching of Au and Ag are 97% and 94%,the recovery of Au and Ag are 96 6% and 93 3%.This process is characterized by strong adaptability,simple equipment,low production cost and high economic benefits.It has been be proven by practical production.
