基于光束扫描方法制作取样光栅的实验研究
Experimental Investigations of Fabrication of Sampled Fiber Gratings Based on Beam Scanning Method
【摘要】 报道了一种基于光束扫描方法采用普通均匀相位模板和连续的 2 4 4nm倍频氩离子激光器 ,制作波长间隔为 0 .8nm和 1.6nm取样光栅的新技术 ,并对得到的实验结果进行了分析。研制的取样光栅波长间隔均匀 ,具有良好的谱特性。采用的方法操作简单、灵活 ,可方便地制作不同类型的取样光栅。
【Abstract】 A novel fabrication technique of sampled fiber gratings based on beam scanning method is reported. In the experiment a CW frequency-doubled argon-ion laser operating at 244nm and normal uniform phase masks are used. As a result, the sampled gratings with wavelength spacing of 0 8nm and 1 6nm respectively have been demonstrated in the conventional single-mode fiber with hydrogen loading. The fabricated sampled fiber gratings have uniform wavelength spacing and good spectrum profile. The reported technique is simple and flexible for the fabrication of various sampled fiber gratings.
