季铵盐萃取剂从水溶液中萃取褐藻糖胶

【摘要】 在先前探索性研究工作的基础上进一步研究了接触时间、相比、褐藻糖胶浓度和各种有机稀释剂等对N2 6 3萃取褐藻糖胶的影响。结果表明N2 6 3对褐藻糖胶的萃取是快速的 ,接触时间对萃取的影响不大 ,在 5min .内就可达到萃取平衡 ,而且相比及褐藻糖胶本身浓度基本不影响萃取 ,只要有足够的萃取剂 (萃取剂与褐藻糖胶的重量比在 2以上 ) ,都能得到高的萃取率。稀释剂种类对N2 6 3萃取褐藻糖胶影响的结果表明 ,除醇外的其他各种溶剂具有类似的行为 ,就萃取而言都可作为合适的稀释剂

【Abstract】 The extraction of fucoidan from aqueous solutions was further studied with N263 as extractant. Effect of two phase contact time, volume ratios of organic to aqueous phase, various solvents as diluent and fucoidan concentration on the extraction of fucoidan was investigated. It showed that the extraction of fucoidan with N263 was rapid from the results of the contact time, and the different solvents, except with long chain alcohol, had similar behavior and could be used as diluent. Based on the effect of the phase ratios and the fucoidan concentration on the fucoidan extraction, it was concluded that the fucoidan concentration and the phase ratios did not influence on the fucoidan extraction as long as the mass ratios of N263 to fucoidan were greater than 2.
