超细颗粒增强铝复合材料钻削特性研究

【摘要】 通过超细颗粒增强铝复合材料钻孔试验 ,找出了钻削用量等因素对钻削力的影响规律 ,并用轴向力与扭矩之比值来表示铝复合材料的钻削特性 ;从钻削力考虑 ,高速钢钻头完全能满足超细颗粒 ( <0 .5μm)增强铝复合材料的钻孔要求

【Abstract】 The experimental conclusions of drilling super fine particle reinforced Al matrix composites was presented, induces regularity of drilling force which is influenced by many factors, such as drill parameters. The ratio of longitudinal force to drilling torque is adopted to describe drill property of this material. As for as drilling force is considered, high speed steel bit is enough to drill these material.
