硫化氢检测管的研制
Development of Hydrogen Sulfide Detecting Tube
【摘要】 经过条件优化试验 ,研制出硫化氢检测管。其显色长度与硫化氢浓度呈线性相关 ,对硫化氢标气 7次测定的变异系数为 1 4 .6% ,平均相对误差为 2 % ,小于 1 5% ;一次测定最大相对误差为 1 8.8% ,小于 2 5% ,符合国家标准(GB72 3 0 -87)的要求。与化学法比较 ,2种方法测试结果无显著性差异
【Abstract】 Hydrogen sulfide detector tube is developed by conditional opitimization test, its legth of color-change has linear correlation with hydrogen sulfide. The coefficient of variation of standard gas is 14.6% after seven times determination, the average relative error is 2%, lower than 15%, the maximum relative error is 18.8%, lower than 25%, which meet requirment of the national standard (GB 7230-87). The results haven’t significant deviation compared with chemical method.
