新疆生态环境现状综合评价研究

【摘要】 在广泛收集数据和实地调查的基础上 ,综合前人工作的成果 ,首次对全疆生态环境质量进行评价 ,以县 (市 )域为评价单元 ,采用综合指数法 ,进行排序 ,并通过专家咨询和专业判断 ,对全疆生态环境进行分级 ,由此得出全疆生态环境质量及其等级划分状况。

【Abstract】 Xinjiang is a representative region in the arid are of west China. Along with implementing the great development of West China, the present situation of its ecological environment is paid more and more attention to. On the basis of the available data, the research results of the predecessors and the field investigation, in this paper, the present situation of the ecological environment in Xinjiang is synthetically evaluated by taking the administrative counties or cities as the evaluationg units and using the comprehensive evaluation index method. The standard of environmental grades is determined after ordering the calculated results through the expert consultation and professional determination. The results show that the areas with the fine, relatively good, moderate, relatively poor and poor ecological environments occupy 7.81%, 36.81%, 40.83%, 5.58% and 8.97% of the total area of Xinjiang respectively. Generally, the ecological environment is better in north Xinjiang, mountainous regions, and upper reaches of the rivers than that in south Xinjiang, lower reaches of the rivers, the regions with dense population, and the big cities seriously polluted. The urgent matters are to control desertification, protect and construct the oases and control population growth so as to protect the natural resources and the environment in Xinjiang.
