转化生长因子β3在先天性唇腭裂裂隙缘组织中的表达

【摘要】 探讨突变 TGF-β3与人类唇腭裂发生的关系。对 33例唇腭裂患者裂隙缘组织和 12例正常人的口腔唇腭部粘膜及肌肉组织采用 SP法进行免疫组织化学染色。结果发现畸型组阳性 2 5例 ,阴性 8例 ;对照组阳性 3例 ,阴性 9例。经校正的检验 ,显示在唇腭裂患者裂隙缘组织内呈高表达 ,有极显著意义 (P<0 .0 1) ,提示突变的与人类唇腭裂的发生有关

【Abstract】 To explore the relationship between the mutational transforming growth factor beta 3 and the occurrence of cleft lip and/or cleft palate (CL/CP) in human, the mucosal and muscular tissues in fissure edge tissue of 33 CL/CP patients was dyed by sp immunechemistry methods. In test group, 25 of 33 cases are positive, and 8 cases are negative. In control group,3 of 12 cases are positive,9 cases are negative.In normal group epithelial cells and skeletal muscle , TGF β 3 expression is negative (-) or weak positive(+).In fissure edge , TGF β 3 organulously expressed in cytoplasm of epithelial cells and skeletal muscle,dark brown,the extent was positive() or strong positive ().By continuity Adi. Chi square test,the results were different significant( P <0 01).The gene product of mutational transforming grown factor beta 3 was highly expressed in fissure edge tissue of CL/CP. The result suggest it has relationship with the occurrence of CL/CP in human being, and will maybe identify new candidate genes which may shed significant light on mechanisms underlying this sisfiguring human congenital disorder.
