氨基膦酸型螯合树脂吸附Ce(Ⅳ)的性能及机理研究

【摘要】 测定了氨基膦酸型螯合树脂 (D4 12 )对 Ce( )的吸附容量 ,讨论了溶液 p H、粒径、时间、温度等因素对其吸附性能的影响。测得了不同粒径的树脂的吸附速率常数 ,判断其吸附控制类型为孔隙扩散限制。并采用红外及化学分析方法 ,推测出 D4 12螯合树脂对 Ce( )的吸附机理。

【Abstract】 The adsorptive properties of Ce(Ⅳ) on D412 aminophosphonic acid chelate resin has been studied for recovery of rare earth element from aqueous solutions, with regarding the influence of pH of the solution, the diameter of the resin, time and temperature of adsorption. The adsorption capacity of Ce(Ⅳ) on the D-412 resin reach 288 mg/g in the condition of pH= 4.0 ,T=291 K and the concentration of Ce(Ⅳ) was 11.57 mmol/L, and the equilibrium of adsorption could be achieved in 14 h. The mole ratio of the active group of the resin to adsorbed Ce(OH) 2+ 2 was 1.86 ∶1 ,thus indicating that the adsorption included sole-molecule adsorption and double-molecule adsorption.
