新型减振高分子复合材料研究

【摘要】 运用完全不同于过去减振材料中所用的减振机理 ,而是根据新的压电、导电原理 ,对 CPE/DZ/VGCF复合材料的减振性能进行了分析 ,为开发与过去减振机理不同的具有高衰减性能的减振复合材料 ,作了有益的探讨。

【Abstract】 To develop a new damping composite, a new damping mechanism, which is totally different from the damping mechanism applied in the previous damping material, has been studied in this paper. On the basis of the new piezoelectric and conducting mechanism, damping property of CPE/DZ/VGCF was analyzed. Furthermore, it was also discussed that organic material with piezo-effect and dielectric behavior was used to replace of inorganic ceramic material used as piezoelectric material before, and carbon fiber with conductivity (with average diameter of 100 nm) was mixed in the corresponding composites. The vibration energy delivered from external was converted into electrical potential energy by piezo-effect and dielectric effect, then the electrical potential energy was further transmitted to heat energy by the conducting network formed in the material and the heat energy was consumed. Thus, the damping was obtained. The experimental results demonstrate that the damp effect is satisfactory.
