纳米导电纤维与导电炭黑填充PVC复合材料的电性能研究
ELECTRIC PROPERTY OF PVC COMPOSITE FILLED WITH CONDUCTIVE NANO-FIBRE AND CONDUCTIVE CARBON-BLACK
【摘要】 对纳米导电纤维 (nano- F)及导电炭黑 (HG- CB)填充 PVC复合材料的电性能进行了研究 ,当 nano-F和 HG- CB的填充量分别为 2 0、10份时 ,复合材料的电阻率急剧下降 ,其用量继续增加 ,材料电阻率变化不大。nano- F填充复合材料在 2 0~ 12 0℃范围内电阻率基本不变 ,具有高的电阻稳定性 ;HG- CB填充复合材料在 2 0~ 60℃范围内随温度升高电阻率逐渐增大 ,之后随温度继续升高电阻率开始下降。nano-F填充复合材料的伏安特性在不同温度下为欧姆线性关系 ,而 HG- CB填充复合材料的伏安特性比较复杂。
【Abstract】 Electric property of PVC composite filled with conductive nano-fibre (nano-F) and conductive carbon-black (HG-CB) was investigated. It was shown that the resistivity of the composite decreased sharply when the filler concentrations of nano-F and HG-CB were 20% and 10% respectively. There existed high heat-stability of electric resistivity of PVC composite filled with nano-F at the range of 20 ℃ to 120 ℃. The restivity of composite filled with HG-CB gradually increased at the range of 20 ℃ to 60 ℃, then it decreased with increasing temperature. The results show that the U-I characteristics of the composite filled with nano-F is consistent with Ohm law.
