端氨基醚酰亚胺齐聚物改性BMI的研究

【摘要】 采用自制 ,可以与 BMI发生反应且中、低温条件下惰性的单体为溶剂 ,合成了胺基醚酰亚胺 ,然后将 BMI加入含有胺基醚酰亚胺的反应性溶剂中熔融使之呈均匀透明的状态 ,得到改性 BMI(RS/ AEI/BMI)体系 ;详细研究了 RS/ AEI/ BMI体系的反应性和固化树脂的力学性能、耐热性 ,并以扫描电镜为手段 ,对固化树脂的断口形貌进行分析。结果表明 ,固化树脂宏观上呈现半透明状 ,微观上存在二相体系。正是由于这种相结构的存在 ,导致改进 BMI(RS/ AEI/ BMI)体系具有良好的性能 :冲击强度 18.5 k J/m2 ,H DT=2 70℃。

【Abstract】 A tougher and heat resistance bismaleimide were obtained by very low-molecular-weight diamine ether-imide at low levels of diamine, imide oligomer loading. The diamine ether-imide was introduced into BMI using a simple reactive solvent approach. In this approach, the substance reacted on BMI was used as reactive solvent for diamine imide oligomer synthesis. ide synthesis. BMI monomer was dissolved in the diamine ether-imide reaction solution. The properties of curing reactivity, and mechanical properties, and heat resistance were investigated. The morphology of fracture surface was observed by SEM. The results show there exist two-phase microstructure for modified BMI cured systems. This lead up to have excellent properties modified cured BMI resin: impact strength= 18.5 kJ/m 2, HDT=270 ℃, flexible strength=120 MPa.
