偏氯乙烯-丙烯腈悬浮共聚物的热行为与结晶度
STUDY ON THERMAL BEHAVIORS AND CRYSTALLINITY OF VINYLIDENE CHLORIDE-ACRYLONITRILE SUSPENSION COPOLYMERS
【摘要】 用 DSC法研究了 VDC- AN悬浮共聚物的玻璃化转变和热熔融行为 ,并用 Barton方程定量关联了Tg 与组成的关系。用 TGA法研究了共聚物的热分解行为 ,结果表明 ,AN单元对与其相邻连接的 VDC单元脱 HCl有诱导催化作用。由 DSC法和 X射线衍射法得到高 VDC含量的共聚物结晶度与 AN含量成线性关系 ,而在高 AN含量时则与 AN组成成三次多项式关系
【Abstract】 The glass transition and thermal melting behavior of vinylidene chloride(VDC) acrylonitrile(AN) suspension copolymers with high conversion were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). Barton equation was used to quantitatively describe the relationship between glass temperature and VDC AN copolymer composition. The thermal decomposition of copolymer determined by TGA under nitrogen atmosphere shows that AN unit has the catalytic effect on the loss of HCl from the conterminous VDC unit. It was observed that the crystallinity of VDC AN copolymer with high VDC content is linear function of its AN mass content, while that with high AN level is function of three order of AN mass content from the DSC and X ray diffraction study.
