CO2共聚物为基聚氨酯泡沫体与弹性体降解性能的比较研究
STUDY ON COMPARISON OF DEGRADABILITIES OF POLYURETHANES FOAMS AND ELASTOMERS BASED ON CO2 COPOLYMERS
【摘要】 讨论以高分子负载的双金属 (PBM)催化剂合成的 CO2 共聚物——聚碳酸亚乙酯 (PEC)为基的聚氨酯泡沫体在活性污泥和 70℃加热水解条件下的降解性能 ,并与聚碳酸亚乙酯 -聚氨酯弹性体的降解性进行了比较。结果表明 ,这种泡沫体材料的降解速度远大于其弹性体的降解速度
【Abstract】 The degradabilities of polyurethanes(PU) foams based on copolymer from CO 2 catalyzed with polymer chelated bimetal catalyst(PBM) poly(ethylene carbonate)(PEC) under the conditions of activated sludge and thermal hydrolysis(70 ℃) were discussed. The degradabilities of PEC PU elastomers and foams were compared. The test results show that the rate of degradation of PEC PU foams are much faster than that of PEC PU elastomers. The percent of weight loss PEC PU foams is 31% after 40 days in activated sludge. The foams of PEC PU may be used in degradable packing materials.
