聚乙烯的交联技术研究进展

【摘要】 综述了聚乙烯的 4种主要交联技术 ,阐述了每一种交联方法的技术特点、生产工艺和应用情况 ,并展望了未来的发展趋向

【Abstract】 Polyethylene crosslinking is a good means of modification of polyethylene(PE). When crosslinking PE, a three dimensional networks is formed which drastically improves a large number of properties such as heat deformation, abrasion, viscous deformation and stress cracking resistance. There are four main techniques used for crosslinking of polyethylene cables or pipes, i.e. high energy radiation, peroxide, silane and ultra violet light. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of each crosslinking method are outlined. The technical characteristics, production technology, applications and recent developments of each crosslinking method have been reviewed.
