【Abstract】 Based on the famous Page’s Strength Equation,the strength loss of the paper made from recycled wood fibers was investigated.Results showed that the fiber structure change and pulp chemical composition significantly affected the paper strength loss.Some test results suggested that hemicellulose and lignin contents may be the suitable parameters for evaluating the quality of recycled fibers.The amount of pentosans in the pulps played a significant role in their recycling potential,and the pulp recyclability improved with higher pentosan content.更多还原
