【Abstract】 Nd:Ca 4YO(BO 3) 3(Nd:YCOB) is a new self-frequency-doubling (SFD) crystal.The SFD laser output at 1.06～0.53 μm was obtained with the xenon lamp as pump source,the pump threshold energy is less than 3.0 J,and the free run SFD green light maximum output is 1.08 mJ.Using the pulsed Q-switch dye laser as pump source,we obtained the maximum SFD green light of 1.03 mJ,and the pump threshold energy is less than 2.00 mJ.更多还原
