【摘要】 目的 :了解鼻咽癌组织细胞中 E- cadherin(上皮钙粘附素 )及β- catenin(β环连素 )的表达对 bcl- 2基因表达的影响。方法 :利用免疫组化方法检测 74例鼻咽癌组织细胞中 E- cadherin、β- catenin及 bcl- 2基因表达 ,计算各例的阳性表达率 ,通过非参数样本 Wilcoxon秩和检验 ,检验 E- cadherin、β- catenin和 bcl- 2之间的相互关系。结果 :74例鼻咽癌中E- cadherin72例显示不同程度阳性表达 ,73例表达β- catenin,bcl- 2在 6 5例中显示不同程度阳性表达 ,阳性率皆为 5 %～10 0 %不等。经检验 ,bcl- 2中位阳性率明显低于 E- cadherin及β- catenin的中位阳性率 (Z=- 3.0 2 1,P=0 .0 0 3;Z=- 3.2 6 3,P=0 .0 0 1) ,且随着 E- cadherin及 β- catenin阳性率增高而减低。其中 ,2 4例伴有胞浆 β- catenin阳性表达的鼻咽癌中 ,bcl- 2表达明显低于非胞浆表达组 (Z=2 .0 17,P=0 .0 14)。结论 :鼻咽癌中 E- cadherin的增强表达可降低 bcl- 2基因的表达 ,β- catenin异位表达可能在调节 bcl- 2基因的表达中起重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of expression of E cadherin and β catenin on bcl 2 expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods:The expression of E cadherin,β catenin and bcl 2 was detected with immunohistochemical technique in 74 cases of NPC samples.The information was analyzed with Wilcoxon signed rank test.Results:E cadherin,β catenin and Bcl 2 were expressed in 72,73 and 65 cases of NPC,respectively,and the positive cells of each case ranged from 5% to 100%.The median positive percentage of bcl 2 was significantly lower than that of E cadherin and β catenin in NPC( P =0.003 and 0.001 ,respectively),and the higher expression of E cadherin and β catenin,the lower expression of bcl 2.In addition,the expression of bcl 2 in 24 cases with cytoplasmic expression of β catenin was lower than that without cytoplasmic expression( P = 0.041 ).Conclusion:Enhanced expression of E cadherin may reduce bcl 2 expression in NPC,and the ectopic expression of β catenin may play an important role in the regulation of bcl 2 expression.更多还原
