难选白钨矿重-浮选矿新工艺的研究

【摘要】 根据矿石工艺矿物学性质 ,采用棒磨 -细筛闭路磨矿、螺旋溜槽重选、细泥浮选的重 -浮联合流程选白钨矿 ,重选可丢弃约 3/4的尾矿 .对品位 (WO3 ) 30 .5%的重选粗精矿 ,可用常温浮选精选 ;对产率不足 1 /5的细泥矿 ,用常规浮选工艺选白钨矿 .原矿品位为 1 .47%时 ,可获得白钨精矿品位 66.58% ,回收率 82 .1 5% .与全浮流程相比 ,回收率接近 ,但重 -浮工艺的选矿成本较低

【Abstract】 A gravity\|flotation flowsheet was used to process scheelite ore, which includes rod mill\|fine sieve in closed circuit grinding, gravity separation with spiral chute and slime flotation, in the light of the ore’s process mineralogy. The tailings, amounting to about 3/4 of yield can be discarded by gravity separation, the gravity rough concentrate with WO\-3 content of 30.5% can be cleaned by flotation at ambient temperature, while the slime in the outer ring of spiral, amounting to less than 1/5 of the yield, can be separated by a conventional flotation process. The crude ore containing 1.47% WO\-3 can become a scheelite concentrate containing 66.58% WO\-3 by the use of the gravity\|flotation flowsheet, with the recovery being 82.15%, which is close to that by overal flotation flowsheet, but the former’s processing cost is lower.
