【摘要】 目的　探讨CO2 激光在口腔颌面外科门诊的应用。方法　运用CO2 激光口腔治疗机治疗 70例患者 ,并观察其疗效。结果　半年至 1年后随访 ,仅 3例复发 ,有效率达 96 %。结论　CO2 激光治疗仪进行口腔颌面外科门诊的某些常规手术 ,简单方便、出血少 ,术区清洁、创伤小、术后反应小 ,不发生疤痕挛缩更多还原
