【摘要】 中国现行的文化管理体制是旧的“计划经济”的产物 ,存在着种种弊端 ,并制约着中国文化产业的健康发展 ,必须深化文化管理体制改革。为此 ,转变政府文化管理职能 ,明确文化经营设施产权归属 ,在文化产业中引入现代企业制度 ,建立多元化的投资融资体制 ,实现小文化管理体制向大文化管理体制转变 ,从而为推进文化产业的发展创造良好的体制基础更多还原
