非晶聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的制备与表征
Preparation and Characterization of Amorphous Poly(ethylene terephthalate)
【摘要】 采用引入 U-polymer的路线制备了非晶聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯 ( APET) .用 DSC和 DMA等手段研究了 APET的性能 .结果表明 ,经改性后得到的 APET无结晶 ,透明性得到改善 ,玻璃化转变温度和储能模量都较 PET有一定程度提高
【Abstract】 U\|polymer, a kind of polyarylate was synthesized by interfacial polycondensation method and its structure was characterized by IR and \{\}\+1H NMR spectra. Amorphous \{poly(ethylene\} terephthalate) (APET) was prepared with introduction of U\|polymer to improve the thermal and mechanical behavior of PET. The properties of APET were characterized by DSC and DMA. The results showed that the APET exhibits amorphism, transparency, higher glass transition temperature(\%T\%\-g) and higher storage modulus than those of PET.
