自组装ITO/双层磷脂膜的制备及其光电行为研究
Fabrication and Photoelectric Conversion Property of Two Bilayer Lipid Membranes Self-assembled on ITO Substrate
【摘要】 在 ITO( Indium-tin-oxide)导电玻璃电极上制备了自组装双层磷脂膜和经 C60 修饰的双层磷脂膜 ,研究了这两种自组装双层磷脂膜的光电行为 ,考察了偏压、溶液中的给体和受体的浓度对自组装膜光电流强度的影响 ,讨论了 C60 分子对光电子跨膜传递过程的促进作用 .
【Abstract】 Two self assembled bilayer lipid membranes (BLM and C 60 contained BLM ) on indium tin oxide (ITO) were fabricated and their photoelectric conversion properties were studied. The investigation of the effects of applied voltage, donor and receptor on the photocurrent intensities showed that the anodic photocurrent of BLMs increased with increasing anodic potential and donor concentration; C 60 doped in BLM facilitated the photoinduced electron transfer across bilayer membranes. This novel self assembled ITO/BLM electrode can provide a simple and mechanically stable model for the study of the photoelectric properties of biomembranes.
