共沉淀法合成Pb3Nb2O8纳米粉
Co-deposited Synthesis of Nanosize Pb3Nb2O8 Powder
【摘要】 在 Pb O-Nb2 O5-KOH-H2 O体系中 ,于 90℃下得到纳米级 Pb3 Nb2 O8陶瓷粉 .原料来源及配比、溶液碱度及合成温度对产物物相的形成有较大影响 .在 Pb3 Nb2 O8的合成中 ,必须以可溶性铌酸盐和醋酸铅作为反应原料 ,同时以 KOH调节体系中铌酸盐的聚集状态 .当 n( Pb) / n( Nb)接近 1 / 1 ,KOH浓度在 1~ 3 mol/ L时 ,得到 Pb3 Nb2 O8纯相 ,当 KOH浓度大于 3 mol/ L时容易生成反应活性较低的 Pb O,产生杂相 .
【Abstract】 Nanosize Pb 3Nb 2O 8 powder has been obtained at 90 ℃ from Nb 2O 5 PbO KOH H 2O system. The influence of starting materials and their molar ratios, pH value of the solution and the synthesis temperature were systematically investigated. Soluble niobate and lead acetate have been chosen for the synthesis of Pb 3Nb 2O 8. Pure phase product could be obtained when the molar ratio of Pb to Nb is close to 1, and concentration of KOH to 1—3 mol/L. PbO appears as the main phase when KOH concentration is greater than 3 mol/L.
