【摘要】 目的　总结 1990年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 8月期间本科收治的 49例急性重症胰腺炎 (SAP) ,以探讨其合理的治疗方法。方法　非手术治疗 14例 ,均为非胆源性ASP ,手术治疗 35例 ,其中胆源性ASP13例。结果　非手术治疗 14例 ,全部治愈 ,手术治疗 35例 ,治愈 31例 ,死亡 4例。并发症及死亡均以ARDS为主。结论　围手术期的基本治疗及并发症的预防是ASP治疗成功的关键 ,重视早期ASP的非手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the selection of surgical therapy for acute severe pancreatitis(ASP).Methods 14 patients in non-operative group were nonbiliary ASP.Among 35 patients in operative group,13 caese were biliary ASP.Results In non-operative group,14 cases were cured,in operative group,31 cases were cured,4 cases died.Adult respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) was a common complication and the major lethal factors.Conclusion We emphasized that non-operative therapy for ASP during the early phase,basis therapy and preventing complication are the key factors for successful therapy.更多还原
