【摘要】 目的　研究抑癌基因 P16在胰腺癌癌旁组织中的表达及意义。方法　采用免疫组化 L SAB法检测 6例正常胰腺组织 ,2 0例胰腺癌及与其相对的癌旁组织中 P16蛋白的表达率。结果　癌旁组织与正常胰腺组织中 P16蛋白的表达率间比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;胰腺癌组织中 P16蛋白的表达率与癌旁组织中的表达率正相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;癌旁组织中 P16蛋白表达率与胰腺癌分化程度正相关。结论　 P16蛋白在胰腺癌癌旁组织中表达的异常可能与胰腺癌易复发及治疗困难有关 ;通过检测其表达率可以初步判定肿瘤的恶性程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the expression and significance of the tumor suppressor genes P16 in adjacent noncarcinoma tissue of pancreatic cancer.Methods The expression rate of P16 from 20 cases were measured by LSAB method.Result There was a significant difference in the expression rate of P16 between the normal pancreatic tissue and adjucent non carcinoma tissue(P<0.05).The relationship between the carcinoma tissue and its adjucent non carcinoma tissue,and the degree of differentiation of pancreatic carcinoma and its adjucent non carcinoma tissue were found (P<0.05).Conclusion It showed that there was a abnormal expression rate of P16 in the adjucent tissue of pancreatic carcinoma which may relate to the difficulty in treatment and recurrent of pancreatic carcinoma.We could determine the degree of differentiation of pancreatic carcinoma by the measurement of the expression rate of P16.更多还原
